   There’s no rhyme or reason to our flowerbeds. If we could afford to tear everything up and pour concrete we would. We both seriously dislike yardwork. lol

   My daughter told me that she and Dad are planning to build a little raised flowerbed to plant a garden. It’ll be cool to have some fresh lettuce and tomatoes. We go through a lot of those and if the whole family is helping then it will work.

   I love the Square Foot Gardening method. I do plan out what I will plant in each square, then as we harvest, we plant something new. Gardening this way makes caring for the garden easier, is a lot of fun, and increases our harvest.
