This QOTW is totally to help a Mom out! Lauren is blessed with one child who will eat just about anything; however, she’s also got her youngest who is on the opposite end of the spectrum. You can almost count on one hand the types of foods her youngest will eat – fruit, liversausage, hotdogs, cereal, fruit&grain bars.
So, with school starting…what are your lunchbox tips for picky eaters?

I think for 2 years we did PB & J with one of them. lol When my kids are picky they just get the same thing all the time. I swear when they got in a picky mood it didn’t matter how much I wanted to change it up, they didn’t.
I’ve done the yogart and frozen their drink boxes the night before so it would keep the yogart cool. Then I’ve always put in fewer things that are a little less healthy if I want them to eat other things in their lunch. My oldest (15) only wants her sandwich to have mayo and turkey on it.
If apples are something they will eat, then toss some peanut butter in for a dip
I’ve done the caramel dip as well and then it’s a dessert. I’ve also done little baggies of cereal if I know they will eat that. Can you do cheese, crackers and the hot dog or sausage? We’ve definitely gone through stages over the years. lol
