Objection

Objection:

The reason someone may refuse to buy your products or services. Remember that they are saying no to your business and not to you. Not taking it personal will go a long way to making the sale on the next person.

    If you take it personal, you will lose that customer forever and it will create a bad reputation for you. In business, reputation is a great factor for any business organization.
