Very true conference. Nothing wrong with being unique and there’s definitely no rule that the cards can only be pink and red.

Create a basic card by folding a piece of construction paper in half, and then in half again. Don’t feel you have to stick with red and pink. Using non-traditional colors will make your card stand out. and make this print by the hand and we give the card to father on the father day

When the kids were that small I cut paper to size and folded it into a card. Then I stamped or drew and image on there and let them color or paint the image. Had them sign the inside and then I wrote what the signature was supposed to say since it was illegible. You can even do just stickers from the dollar store if you prefer and let them color pictures for each friend.

Special is what is special to you and your partner. So, think of something that’s unique for you both. What we do is going out for dinner, since my hubby has a 10 hr shift that day, which can’t be changed, because everybody of course would like to have a day off.We both like massages and are going to have a couples massage on the next day off together, if you want to book something like that on V’day, be fast, I guess it popular. Cooking up dinner and hop in the tub with some relaxing oil fragrance can be very nice too.
