Do you go out with the gals?
Out with hubby?
Shoot some hoops with the kids?
Bubble bath alone and drown your troubles?
Read a book?
We all handle stress differently and we handle it differently at different times. There are times I need to just runaway. Other times a good book will just be enough to put me in my right mind.

I’ve also gotten back in the habit of going for a jog or workout when I’m really stressed out. Many times part of my extra stress is I haven’t gotten a workout in a few days. So my endorphins are just building and building with no outlet.
